What is it?
“Leadership2Go” is a learning community of leaders connected thru webcasts and online conversations who receive mentoring and a personal growth plan for one year. Leadership2Go is about the role and the soul of a leader.

Who leads it?
The community is led by Tim Elmore, president of Growing Leaders, a non-profit organization whose mission is to develop young leaders who will transform society. Tim has mentored emerging leaders for the last thirty years, working on campuses, with corporations, NPOs and in churches across the U.S. and the world. For info, see: www.GrowingLeaders.com.
Who is in it?
The community is made up of educators, administrators, youth workers, and non-profit executives who have a passion for leadership and a heart for the next generation. In short, they are people who want to lead the next generation well.

How often do they meet?
The community connects for a video meeting once a month on their computer screen. In between, members read assigned books, converse and complete projects.
How do they meet?
Leadership2Go utilizes monthly videos where everyone in the community can log on and participate in the instruction and the conversation via a personal computer.
In addition, the community will have access to each other via an online networking site for comments, observations and questions.
What do they talk about?
The topics and issues revolve around new material that Tim Elmore has created called: “Harry Truman was Wrong, Bono was Right.” They spark stimulating conversation around key leadership topics throughout out the year. Members can submit comments or questions following the presentation to personalize and contextualize it. For details, see page on this site: “What Do They Talk About?”
How is it different from other programs?
“Leadership2Go” is different in that it furnishes personal mentoring in the privacy of your own office or home. It is also different in that it covers more than skills or behaviors. It is about the “role” and the “soul” of a leader. Topics like the heart, the soul, the spiritual journey of authentic, life-giving leaders will be discussed.
When will the Passion Profile be ready for Leadership2Go subscribers to use?
The brand new Passion Profile will be released in the spring of 2010 and subscribers to Leadership2Go will have immediate access to this tool at that time. We will keep you posted on the specific release date and instructions on how to use the instrument.
Can members include others in the meetings?
Yes, you can include your team members to view it with you, if you subscribe at the group rate. It is designed to provide a growth plan for leaders each year. If leaders enjoy the topic, they are able to bring their teams together and watch the content at a nominal extra charge. See prices below.
Can members duplicate or use the material themselves?
No. This is copyrighted material. So, while it is fine for other team members or staff to view and discuss the videos at the group rate, members or leaders may not take it and use it as their own material, under copyright laws.
When do they meet and for how long?
All community members go online for the monthly coaching. Video segments can be viewed for one month. The segments last for 30 minutes, and the process lasts for one year. You can view the video at your convenience any time during the month. Online conversations about the topics can be enjoyed for as long as members wish to do so.
Can I join any time throughout the year?
Yes. It doesn’t matter when you join the mentoring community. You will simply pick up wherever the group is at the time, and you can view all the videos as you continue for one year. It will cycle through the entire menu.
Why do we offer this?
We decided to offer Leadership2Go because our mission is to develop emerging leaders and cultivate a leadership culture on school campuses, in organizations and in churches. We know that students cannot become healthy leaders unless those who teach them are modeling it, first. This community is about enabling those who work with students become better leaders.
How much does it cost?
Leadership To Go costs $10 each month for the year, or $120. However, if you wish to pay for it up front, the cost is only $99 for the year. (You can pay monthly or annually by credit card of check.) It includes all the elements: coaching meetings, notebooks, content, assignments, the Passion assessment recommended readings, discussion questions, articles and the password to website through the year.
Are there group rates?
Yes. As noted above, the cost for an individual is $120 for the year subscription. For groups of five or more, call (678) 367-4189 for special pricing. This way, Leadership2Go moves from a personal growth plan to a group plan.
How can I pay for the subscription?
You can pay with a credit card, online, or you can pay with a check, made out to: “Growing Leaders.” Again, if you pay for the year up front, the cost is $99. If you wish to pay each month, it is simply $20 a month.
